Freight charges apply within the continental United States. All Orders Are Shipped via UPS standard ground and DHL for rush orders. There are certain items that will require additional freight such as larger and heavier fountains. Unfortunately due to the rise in the cost of petroleum and other factors, freight will always be costly through UPS/DHL. It is very important to make sure all billing addresses match the address on the credit card. If you would like a gift or products sent somwhere other than your house, say for instance you would like a gift sent to a friend or relative or if you would like the package sent to work, just make sure you enter a seperate shipping address. We deeply regret that we cannot offer lower freight fees, due to our wholesale prices we cannot, otherwise our prices would have to increase.  No APO/FPO/EPO - If shipping to one of these please contact customer service. Ships out 3-5 days. Expect deliver for UPS ground shipping 10 -14 business days. UPS will only make three (3) attempts to deliver package, HomeGardenHeaven.com will not be responsible if package is returned to warehouse.

Rush orders via DHL

Please contact customer service for all rush orders. Rush orders are costly but can be arranged by air shipping. Whatever your base amount for UPS ground shipping would be add $40.00 for every $100 increment in the order. For example if you ordered $60 worth of merchandise, it would be $10.00 + $40.00 for a total of $50.00 freight fee. Next example would be if your total came to $170, since the total is rounded to the closer hundred we would consider this 2x $40, so $80 + $35 base ground for a total of $115 freight fee. Home Garden Heaven cannot guarantee accuracy of freight delivery times and in cases of faulty merchandise, will offer to re-send out correct merchandise via rush shipping only once, HGH will not be liable for late RUSH orders.

Return Policy

Once products are purchased there can be no cancellations, cancellation can only be initiated if there is an out of stock item or shipping address is incorrect and needs changed. If at any time any products are damaged or defective, a replacement will be sent with no further fees or shipping. Exchanges can be made with other products, but there are no refunds. Once purchased, sales are final. If a statue or figurine arrives broken just please take a digital photo of the product and email to our customer support so we can send a replacement product. Exchanges/Refunds can only be initiated within 30 days. 

Returned Merchandise

If at any time a package is returned to Home Garden Heaven either due to 1)Mistake with an address 2)Customer unable to sign for delivery (UPS attempts three deliveries before package is Returned to Sender). Customer is entirely responsible for providing correct shipping address along with correct billing address at time of credit card transaction, and depending upon location will be responsible for an additional shipping and handling fee and also restocking fee.
